Mitch was very professional and I was impressed
My furnace wasn't heating the house. It would come on and shut off before the house could warm up and sometimes would not come on at all. I called Keith Heating & Cooling and Mitch came out first thing the next day. He quickly found out it was a dirty filter that was restricting the airflow to the furnace. I was glad it was a simple thing to fix by replacing the filter. I normally replace the filter every 60 days and this one was only in for about 40 days. I have never heard of this happening before. I'm thinking it may have been a bad filter. Mitch also noticed my exhaust fan motor bearings may be wearing out. The bearings were starting to make a little noise. Mitch was very professional and I was impressed with his work. Hope I get him next time I call. Thanks Mitch and Keith Heating & Cooling.
