2020: Mitch was absolutely amazing! I'd gone through the little heat wave this past week without AC (intermittent issues that only seemed to happen when a mechanic wasn't around!), and Mitch had it back up and working within the hour! I signed up for the Gold Membership, too—between the discounts and reminders/prompts to do the yearly maintenance required on my furnace and AC, it's well worth the cost.
When I replace my AC unit later this year (Mitch also told me it was 25 years old—yikes!) Keith's is definitely who I'll be calling for a quote!
2022 update: Keith's Heating & Cooling just finished installing my new AC and furnace! Everything looks amazing and works amazing. We have a few months yet before we see if our AC unit is really as quiet as they say! They did the full install in one business day. It was very muddy outside, and they laid down tarps on our carpets to keep the mess of them coming in and out contained. They even wiped up the mud that got on the tile of our kitchen and cement of our basement!

I've been a customer of Keith Heating and Cooling for almost twenty-five years and have nothing but praise for this company, the owner, office staff, and technicians. Not only are they polite, but schedule service within a four-hour window so the entire day is not wasted. And right before the tech arrives, a phone call is received saying that he is on his way. This company installed a new furnace and AC for me while I was in the hospital, and they are one of the very, very few companies I would trust in my home when I am not present. Keith, the owner, is very accessible, which is not the case with many other establishments. Kudos to a well-run company that provides the service they promise not only during business hours but after hours as well.

The estimates included parts, labor, and tax out the door, and best of all the replacement service was scheduled quickly and will likely be completed same day. No one wants to find out they need an entire new AC unit installed, but to have a solution and a plan of action within a 48-hour period really made it as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend this company! (2020) UPDATE (2023) We have had our furnace in our previous house (end of 2021), and just today the furnace in our new house also replaced by Keith's, and it is a seamless experience each time. Can't recommend enough!

Keith Heating & Cooling has been doing my bi-annual preventive service as they had for the previous owner. They kept the system running for 27 years! While it was still working just fine, I decided to replace it before it decided to conk out on a holiday. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and who came to my house were incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They are very personable and a pleasure to have work on my home.
